Atmosphere Observing System-Polar (AOS-P) Polarimeter Instrument Phase A Study

You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) AOS Polarimeter Phase A Study solicitation. The principal purpose of this new procurement is to provide insight into potential instrument concepts that will support AOS-P mission implementation, with particular attention to performance capability, developmental maturity, and developmental risk of the AOS Polarimeter Instrument. NASA will conduct this acquisition as a full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541715 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Update: Amendment 001 has been posted. The purpose of this amendment is to revise the SAM.gov posting description, RFP cover letter, and to answer a question we have received (refer to SF 30 - Amendment 001 for details).
