3/20 Update: Due to vendors experiencing CFPB server issues upon submission of packages for today's 10 AM ET deadline, Amendment 0002 has been issued extending the deadline for complete submissions to 10AM ET on 3/21/2024. CFPB anticipates no further extensions of the proposal due date. The CFPB is seeking a Contractor to assist CFPB to execute research, experiments, and studies via the internet. The Contractor will carry out support tasks only, including providing support with CFPBs submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) package; obtaining Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval, if necessary; recruiting and screening for high-quality participants; paying participants; and, possibly, matching study data with administrative data. Depending on the requirements of a study, participants may be paid a fixed amount, or they may be paid an amount that depends on their choices and/or the choices of other participants in the study.
