This effort is a follow-on requirement to Contract No. W9133L22C1003. In accordance with DoD Instruction (DoDI) 6025.13, Defense Health Agency Procedures Manual (DHA-PM) 6025.13, Air Force Instruction (AFI) 44-119, and DAFMAN 10-211, the scope has modernized to incorporate full clinical quality management and line-side embedded healthcare support.
Key requirement objectives include:
• Credentialing and Privileging (C&P) Administration: Centralized management and maintenance of electronic Provider Credential Files (ePCFs) within the Joint Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (CCQAS) for approximately 2,500 military and non-military Health Care Providers (HCPs) across 90+ ANG Wings and Joint Force State HQs.
• Board Operations: Full administrative, scheduling, technical, and data management support for quarterly Centralized Credentialing and Privileging Boards (CCPB) and out-of-cycle fast-track privileging actions.
• Primary Source Verification (PSV): Timely initiation and execution of paid and non-paid PSVs directly from issuing bodies for all provider accessions, re-privileging, and medical special pay verifications.
• Health Risk Management & Adverse Actions: Maintenance of adverse action files, tracking mandatory timelines, hearing board facilitation, and administration of National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) Continuous Query (CQ) monitoring and fee management.
• Clinical Quality Management Support: Providing advanced clinical Subject Matter Expertise via a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to direct MHS-mandated Accreditation & Compliance (AC), Clinical Measurements (CM), and Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.
• Embedded Healthcare Support: Tracking and monitoring line-side embedded medical personnel and Integrated Operations Support (IOS) personnel via AFMEDCOM tracking applications.
