SNAP CENTER OF EXCELLENCE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) seeks a Contractor to provide technical assistance to assist FNS in helping states strengthen and enhance their SNAP Employment and Training (E&T) programs to guide state agencies and their partners in developing job-driven programs that put SNAP recipients on a path to self-sufficiency. The Contractor shall furnish, for the basic contract and each individual task order issued thereunder, all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, supervision, and quality control, necessary to perform the required services. The contract duration will be a base period of twelve (12) months from the date of award with two (2) twelve (12) month option periods. The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service's (FNS) anticipates awarding a Single Award Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Task orders awarded under this IDIQ contract shall be performance based, firm fixed price or hybrid time and material as required. The contract will have a guaranteed minimum of $100,000.00 with a maximum estimated value of Not-to-Exceed $6,500,000.00 for the life of the contract. This is for planning purposes only and is NOT guaranteed. The Government contemplates award of one firm fixed price IDIQ contract resulting from this solicitation. Individual task order pricing will be based on pre-established prices.
