This is a Request for Proposals which will result in a performance based service contract for cleaning, trash collections and removal, grounds maintenance and horse manure removal of recreation area sites and offices/work centers on the Ouachita National Forests, Arkansas and Oklahoma for a base year plus 2 option years. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561720, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15, million. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The estimated issue date for the solicitation is June 30, 2008. Award(s) will be made to the most highly ranked offeror(s) (1) whose total proposal is technically acceptable, has demonstrated past performance in meeting customer satisfaction, and (2) whose past performance and technical/cost relationship presents the BEST VALUE and is the most advantages to the Government.
