USDA Forest Service LBJ Job Corps Center Mail-Order Delivery Medical Supplies and Prescriptions

The USDA Forest Service LBJ Job Corps Center located in Franklin, NC has a requirement to provide packaged medical supplies and prescription medications for mail-order delivery. Each order must be delivered in accordance with the Attached Statement of Work(Attachment 02) during the period of September 19, 2016 through September 18, 2017. Potential Offerors must complete and submit the items detailed in the Solicitation Body AG-4568-S-16-0031 section L. Responses must be received no later than September 13, 2016. 12:00pm Est. Medications/Prescriptions/Supplies are all BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (generic medications names must be provided for each medication when submitted for cost evaluation).
