IDIQ Forestwide NonNative Invasive Species Control

THIS IS A RESOLICITATION OF A PREVIOUSLY SOLICITED REQUIREMENT (AG-52B1-S-09-0001) THAT WAS CANCELLED PRIOR TO AWARD. The Hoosier National Forest has a requirement to enter into a Performance Based Service Contract for Forest-wide control of nonnative invasive species (NNIS) of plants and selected “invasive-like” native plants using a combination of mechanical and herbicide treatments. Various individual project-specific Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and Environmental Assessments (EA) or other project decision memos have identified the need to control NNIS in selected locations across the Forest. Thus, work done as part of this contract would occur in selected areas of both the Brownstown Ranger District and the Tell City Ranger District. The solicitation will be issued 100% set-aside for small business. Solicitation Number (RFP): AG-52B1-S-09-0017, NAICS 115310 (Size Standard $7.0 Million).
