Roadside Brushing IDIQ for USDA Forest Service, San Juan National Forest

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; find attachment below. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The intent of this solicitation is to obtain proposals for the services of roadside brushing. This project area will include all San Juan Public Lands in southwest Colorado between Dove Creek and Wolf Creek. This solicitation is Set-Aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code for this project is 561730 and the small business size standard is $7 Million. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, and must complete electronic representations and certifications at the ORCA database located at http://orca.bpn.gov. Offerors must include response to all evaluation criteria to be considered. All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. The Offeror should have personnel with broad experience and the necessary mechanical equipment to perform brushing operations along roadsides This is a combined solicitation/synopsis and is only available only through the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov.
