Hello,

Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under Contract No. DE-SC0012704 with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), hereby issues Amendment No. 1 to Solicitation No. AH478133 for DUNE AB EC Kemet *No Substitutes*.

This amendment includes:

Revision of quantities for Draft Purchase Order (Enclosure A)

Revision to AMS-043 (Enclosure B)

Extension of the solicitation due date

Offerors are advised to review all amendment attachments in their entirety.

This amendment modifies the original solicitation issued on 05/11/2026.
