Description
The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Enterprise Business Systems – Convergence (EBS-C), is seeking information from industry on capabilities to develop, host, integrate, and sustain Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) applications. The input from this RFI will be used to inform the acquisition approach, technical requirements, and integration strategies for a future Army LCNC application ecosystem. This is solely a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation.
Interested parties are directed to review the attached RFI document for complete details on the required information and submission instructions. The response deadline is 12:00 PM Central Time, February 18, 2026.
