*** Amendment 0003*** 26 October 2026, The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the closing date of this solicitation from 28-Oct-2026 at 2:00 PM PDT to 09-Nov-2027 at 2:00 PM PST and to post an attachment with the Governments responses to some of the submitted RFIs. This is a requirement at The Dalles Lock and Dam to solicit services to test the condition of the Isolated Phase Bus and Duct System and to abate approximately 100 lbs. of gaskets containing asbestos containing material from the isolated phase bus hatch panel doors and dispose of the asbestos material off Government property at approved facilities. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
