(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO 12.202. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The Government intends to establish a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by awarding Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to create a pool of highly qualified vendors. Under this contract, awardees will provide specialized Cultural Resource Management (CRM) and rock imagery conservation services in support of the USACE FCRPS Cultural Resource Program.
