This is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a contract or task order. The Navy is now utilizing the Solicitation Portal within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) as an enterprise solution for soliciting and receiving proposals. All SEAPORT MAC holders will need to register PIEE accounts in order to now receive solicitations and submit proposals.10 March 2026- Revision 1 updates Industry Day information. UPDATE July 28 2026: Contract Type The Government contemplates award with much of the effort being Firm Fixed Price (FFP), as well as minor Cost elements in order to comply with EO 14402. As of this update, (7/28/2026) Previous submittals should be revised to update the new contract type accordingly. If new vendors would like to express interest in this opportunity, please respond within ten (10) calendar days (August 7 2026). Update 0003: This requirement will be fulfilled as a small business set aside Task Order under the SeaPort Next-Gen (NxG) Multiple Award Contract (MAC).
