Description

1. Purpose

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. This notice does not constitute a solicitation. No award will be made based on this notice. The Government will not reimburse costs for responding. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection (OAWP), is seeking information from responsible and capable vendors to support delivery of the Transcription Services as described in the attached Performanance Work Statement (PWS).

This notice is issued on an UNRESTRICTED basis. All qualified vendors are encouraged to respond.

3. Requirement:

Services shall be virtual using a mutually agreed, VA-approved platform. The Contractor shall provide timely, accurate, secure, professionally formatted transcripts suitable for official Government case files. The Contractor shall access only specifically assigned recordings, not other records within an investigative case folder.

The anticipated workload is approximately 1,400 interviews annually.
