- System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number.
- Capabilities Statement: Documentation demonstrating the ability to perform high-performance hydraulic system modernization, including engineering design, part procurement, and demolition/installation/commissioning as outlined in the SOO.
- Preliminary estimate and lead time.
- Submission: Provide your company’s response to meet the subject requirement by the 10:00 AM CDT on 17 July 2026 to the announcement to the POCs listed.
