2NV System Engineering, Design, Build and Engineering Support

The Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Contracts and Procurement Division, Services Acquisition Branch (NA-APM-124), intends to award, on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), a logical follow-on Work Assignment under Task Order # DE-DT0001391 issued against Contract # GS-06F-0640Z, on the basis of an exception to fair opportunity. The NNSA awarded an advisory and assistance services Task Order, Task Order # DE-DT0001391, to Metrica Team Venture (MTV) on April 30, 2010, pursuant to a fair opportunity competition under the Alliant Small Business (ASB) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), which was open to all awardees under the ASB GWAC. Task order DE-DT0001391 (Task 1391) was for one two-year base period, one one-year option period, and one-two-year option period, and was awarded at an estimated cost of $69,688,813.00.00. This action will result in the award of a Work Assignment under Task Order # DE-DT0001391 issued against Contract # GS-06F-0640Z. Task Order DE-DT0001391 includes a Performance Work Statement task and associated CLINs for Project Support (Task 4.4; CLINs 00005, 00009, and 00013) to be used for special projects over the course of the program. These special projects are identified through Work Assignments issued by the Contracting Officer. This requirement will be issued as a Work Assignment in accordance with clause H.7 Work Assignments' in DE-DT0001391.
