CLARIFICATION NOTE TO ATTACHMENT 0007 — 16 OCTOBER 2026 Offerors that previously submitted timely proposals may withdraw their proposal(s) utilizing Attachment 0007. Offerors shall use this Attachment to communicate to the Government which domain(s) from its prior proposal it now desires to withdraw from. If an offeror submitted proposals for multiple domains, withdrawal from one (1) domain does not withdraw its proposals from the other domains. Only the domains identified on the form will be withdrawn. Withdrawal from a domain, will remove that specific domain's proposal in its entirety. Example: Company A submitted timely proposals for all five domains. Company A now intends to submit a proposal as an SBTA offeror for the Emerging IT domain. Company A must complete and submit Attachment 0007 identifying the Emerging IT domain for withdrawal. Company A must then submit a new SBTA proposal for the Emerging IT domain. Company A’s previously submitted proposals for the other four domains remain valid, and no action is required for those domains. This clarification does not amend the solicitation or its attachments.
