V -- Towing, Storage, Maintenance and Disposal of Seized and Forfeited Vehicles for the Western District of North Carolina

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized / forfeited vehicles in the Western District of North Carolina. The vehicles will include production-seized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial item FFP/IDIQ with a contract term consisting of a base year with four one-year options for a total of five years. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. It is anticipated that Solicitation No. DJMS-08-R-0016 will be issued on or before March 7, 2008. The estimated response date will be April 9, 2008. The solicitation will be available through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web-site: www.fbo.gov. The FedBizOpps web site provides downloading instructions. Future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the FedBizOpps site.
