The Government is considering establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements or another appropriate multiple-award contracting vehicle. The contemplated vehicle may contain two functional areas:

Functional Area 1: Building and Utility Facility CMR Services
Functional Area 2: Transportation Infrastructure CMR Services
