Underground Utility Line Locate Services - BPA

NOTE: The due date for proposals is December 8 as stated in the RFQ. The date has been corrected in the text below. Also changed in the RFQ is the Solicitation Number from DTFH6817Q00001 to DTFH6817Q00002. See attached modified RFQ including Standard Form 30, Amendment of Solicitation. CFLHD intends to award a minimum of 2 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide services as described in Section C of the attached solicitation. This solicitation and resultant agreement is written in accordance with the Service Contract Act under FAR 37.3 and incorporates SubPart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items authorizing procurement above the simplified acquisition threshold and up to $500,000 including any options exercised. Interested Contractors should send proposals to FHWA-CFLHD, Attn: Lori Kliethermes at 12300 West Dakota Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado 80228. Signed and dated copies will be accepted by email to lori.kliethermes@dot.gov. Responses shall be submitted no later than 6:00 p.m. EST December 8, 2016 and are acceptable in electronic format or hard copy delivery. Only one form of submittal is required. Start date of services is unknown at this time. Following selection of individual firm(s), the effective date of the BPA will be established. The estimated Period of Performance is January 2017 through December 2017. CFLHD intends to award a firm fixed-price base BPA with up to 4 option year renewals.
