Insurance Endorsement Processing Services and Support Services

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development awarded solicitation DU205NC-13-R-0003, Insurance Endorsement Processing Services Program for the Atlanta Homeownership Center (AHOC) as a single-award Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quality contract to Mortgage Assistance and Acquisitions Group LLC (MAAG), 51 Monroe Street, Suite 1205, Rockville, Maryland 20854-1264. The Insurance Endorsement Processing Services Program requires the contractor to provide Insurance Endorsement Processing Services (IEPS) and Support Services for HUD at the (AHOC).The contract must provide IEPS, along with Support Services on a daily basis at the AHOC. The contractor must complete case binder data review, then endorsed or Notice of Returned entered into Federal Housing Administration Connection (FHAC) within three days of case assignment. The duration of the contract period is five years, and the contract maximum quantity is 345,000 for insurance endorsement processing services, and 390,000 for Support Services. The government will issue task orders against the basic contract for insurance endorsement processing services. The government procured the services according to FAR Subpart 19.8-Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program), and awarded the procurement on the basis of competition according to FAR 19.805-Competitive 8(a).
