This letter confirms selection for award of the subject fixed-price contract VA248-16-P-1596 to Lifefleet Southeast Inc., American Medical Response, a Large Business using non-competitive negotiated procedures in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency. This interim contract will continue to service patients uninterruptedly of JAHVH while the protest of a competitively awarded long-term contract is resolved.
