This is a combined synopsis/solicitation F16PS0027 issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Bloomington, MN. This procurement action is a small business set aside and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) and incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC2005-84. The anticipated award will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Rental Equipment with Operator services for tree removal projects. The location of the work will be within the St. Croix Wetland Management District, located in eight counties in west central Wisconsin. The counties include Burnett, Washburn, Polk, Barron, St. Croix, Dunn, Pierce, and Pepin. The tree cutting Projects will be located on waterfowl production areas and private lands sites across the eight county districts. The work consists only of cutting undesired trees from fence lines and wetland perimeters on waterfowl production areas in the St. Croix Wetland Management District. The term of the contract will be for a base year and four option years. The maximum dollar amount for the total performance period of the contract shall not exceed $100,000.00.
