The 373TRS DET 303 has a requirement for 64 (Ea) Merit Series III Flip-Top Training Table (24" W x 72"L) Brand Name or Equal IAW Attachment 1- RFO FA302026Q0085 COMBO and Attachment 2 Provisions and Clauses “ONLY SMALL BUSINESSES MAY SUBMIT QUOTES” QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: Question: For the Training Table, should we provide the option with electric power or without electric power? Answer: Without Electric power 2. Question: Confirm the required table color/finish. Answer: Cherry top with black legs 3. Question: Is Buy American Act (BAA) compliance required, or will products from any acceptable country of origin be considered? Answer: Yes, Buy American Act (BAA) compliance is required. 4.
