This notice serves to provide notification to all Small Business concerns in submitting proposals for the upcoming solicitation for services non-personal: Provide all all plant, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and operations necessary to regrade Missile Launch Facilities (LF's), Missile Alert Facilities (MAF's) and access roads, clean SP 104 trench, clean and repair culverts, construct berms and site herbicide spraying as identified in yearly delivery orders. Work will be in the following North Dakota counties: Bottineau, Burke, McHenry, Mountrail, McLean, Renville, Ward and Sheridan. Work will be sequenced to minimize travel distance between site locations. Magnitude of this solicitation is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction); the Business Size Standard is $36,500,000.00 in average annual receipts for the last three years. The complete solicitation package, which includes the project plans and specifications, will be made available only through the FedBizOpps website at https://fbo.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on FedBizOpps. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. This project will be solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract in which award will be made, IAW the acquisition procedures established in FAR 15.101-2, to the offeror(s) whose evaluated offer/proposal represented the lowest priced technically acceptable. Anticipated issue date for the solicitation is at least 15 days after issuance of this notice and can be accessed at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. Notice to Offerors: NOTE 1: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam/gov/ before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database will cause your firm to be ineligible for any future award.
