Packing and Crating FE Warren AFB

The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, WY intends to award a sole-source contract to Arrow Moving & Storage Co., Inc., 1900 Wyott Dr, Cheyenne, WY, 82007-2102; Cage: 0B3L5, to provide Schedules I, II, III of Packing and Crating Services for Areas 1 in Northern Colorado, 2 in Western Nebraska, 3 and 4 in Wyoming provided to the F.E. Warren Air Force Base (AFB) Department of Defense (DoD) personnel. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements Contract. The statutory authority, which permits single-source for this acquisition, is AFFARS 5313.501 - 10 U.S.C. 2302b, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901). An approved Justification & Approval supports this authority. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this single-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 488991. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $27.5 million. The anticipated award date is early September 2019 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by 12:00 pm Mountain Time (MT) on 3 September 2019 will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services.
