LO Tools Snap-On

This requirement is for the purchase of professional-grade tools with etching and foam shadowing in accordance with the associated equipment lists and Statement of Work for the new Low Observable (LO) facility at Ellsworth AFB, SD.

All questions or Request for Information (RFI) must be in writing and shall be emailed to tyree.ross@us.af.mil, RFIs will not be answered via phone. Verification of receipt will be emailed back to each vendor. If verification is not received, vendors may contact Tyree Ross at 605-385-1736. All questions must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM MDT, 15 May 2026.

Note: The solicitation amendment (FA469026Q00130002) revised the technical specifications as follows:

• Exhibit A - Hangar Box: Line item A071 removed, no longer needed
• Exhibit C - Structures Box: Line item C123 removed, no longer needed
• Exhibit D - Composite Box: Line Item D098 revised tool nomenclature
