Please see updated attachments The purpose of this amendment is to add the newly mandated clause FAR 52.204-27, Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application, to the solicitation. A. An updated conformed copy of the SF1449 solicitation, through this amendment is included. --------NOTICE: Each Offeror MUST SUBMIT their offer using the Conformed Copy through amendment 0001-------- This Solicitation is an announcement of a requirement for flooring installation services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Holloman AFB, NM 88330. Description of Work: The contractor will install carpet and LVP flooring, utilizing the Air Force's mandatory use Carpet II program. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform the service. All work shall be done in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS), which will be posted with the published solicitation. Period of Performance (POP): The POP is for a base year of 1 Aug 2023 - 31 Jul 2024, and four option years. Important Notices: This acquisition will be competitively set-aside for eligible Small Business (SB) concerns. A SB will be considered under North American Classification System (NAICS) code 238330 with a size standard of $19M. All offerors must be registerred in the System for Award Management (SAM). This contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). IDIQ contracts are used when the government can't determine, above a specified minimum, the precise quantities of supplies or services that will be required during the contract period. Questions: All questions must be submitted to the individuals listed in the contact information section by COB 13 Jun 2023. The questions will be answered and posted anonymously to SAM.gov by COB 22 Jun 2023. Other Details: Responses to this Solicitation are due no later than 29 Jun 2023, 1400 Mountain Standard Time. Please fill out the attached SF 1449 and Bid Sheet, and return to the individuals listed in the contact information section. The contractor shall ensure price includes New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (NMGRT). Any late responses will not be considered.
