This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number FA481420TF094 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFP. This is a set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 with a size standard of $8.0M. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform Habitat Restoration Services at MacDill AFB, Florida, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government will issue one IDIQ contract with base plus five option years. Anticipated start date is 30 September 2020. The bid schedule and solicitation documents are attached.
