355 CMS/MXMCE is requesting a commodity purchase and installation of two 115/230VAC, 4-wire, 3-phase, 60 Amp receptacles designed to mate with the purge unit plug CPH-6034BC with included installation for both.

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being solicited under a Total Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside. For additional information, please refer to the attached Solicitation document as well as the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Important Dates/Times (All Times are Mountain Standard Time)

a. A site visit is scheduled for 23 February 2026, 10:00 AM

 Please reach out to the primary point of contact below if base access is needed for    the site visit by 19 February 2026, Noon.

 b. All questions must be submitted by 24 February 2026, Noon
 c. All quotes must be submitted via email by 26 February 2026, Noon
