MECHANICAL IDIQ

The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, AZ, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of a Mechanical Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract at Luke AFB, AZ. The Contractor will be required to furnish all materials, equipment, personnel, supervision, and transportation necessary to design, manage, and accomplish mechanical projects at Luke Air Force Base, Gila Bend Air Force Auxiliary Field (AFAF), and Ft Tuthill, Flagstaff, AZ. Projects will be in support of real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 238220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $15M. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price, single award contract will be awarded as a result of this notice. The contract ceiling is $6M. The Government is soliciting for the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contract with a 5 year ordering period. The solicitation will be issued on or about 9 Feb 2017 with a 30 day proposal period. This acquisition is being set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation and all subsequent notices and amendments will be posted on the Internet at https://www.fbo.gov. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
