Raven Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SUAS) Procurement and Services

Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management & Integrated Center (AMIC) intents to enter into a sole source contract under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(I), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Under FAR 6.302-1, AMIC intends to award an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost Reimbursable Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINs) to a small business, AeroVironment, Inc. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 336411, Aircraft Manufacturing with a Business Size Standard as 1,500. The contractor is required to provide RQ-11B Raven Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SUAS), initial spares, training and recurring contractor logistics support for security forces supporting United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Counter Narcotics (CN) efforts.
