Household Goods Packing and Crating Services at Yokota Air Base

The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified as Office Facility in the Performance Work Statement, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DOD) personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) at Yokota Air Base, Japan and surrounding areas. The period of performance is anticipated to be for a twelve (12) months Base Year (After Date of Contract (ADC) with four (4) twelve (12)-month options. The anticipated performance start date is 1 Jul 18. This service includes but is not limited to packing, containerization, providing storage and local drayage of household goods for inbound, outbound, intra-city and intra-area services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
