Commercial Power Supply at Kyogamisaki Communication Site in Kyoto, Japan

NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED IN ACCORDANCE WITH JAPAN ELECTRICITY BUSINESS ACT TO PERFORM ELECTRICITY SUPPLY IN JAPAN. NO SUPPLIER SUBCONTRACTING WILL BE PERMISSIBLE IN THIS CONTRACT General Description of Commercial Power Requirements: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide commercial power, twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to the meter point at Kyogamisaki Communication Site (KCS) Mission Support Area (MSA). As for any matters that are not addressed by this Technical Descriptions (TD), the U.S. Government and the Contractor shall have mutual consultation based on the "Supply Rules , Electricity Specified Retailer Supply Provisions , and Electricity Transmission and Distribution Provision of the local General Electricity Utility. Package of Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available upon your request.
