Amendment 0002: Publicize RFI Questions and Answers (See Attachment)
Amendment 0001: Extend Solicitation due date to 27 January 2026 by 5:00PM Central European Time (CET).
1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified
acquisition procedures.
2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06, effective date 01 October 2025, Defense Federal
Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change effective 10 Nov 2025, and the
Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) change
effective 16 October 2024.
