Inertial Navigation Element

This is a pre-solicitation synopsis of a requirement for Air Launched Cruise Missile's (ALCM) Inertial Navigation Element (INE). An IDIQ contract with 1 year basic and 2 one-year options is contemplated. This acquisition will be not be competed in accordance with other than Full and Open Competition procedures. The statute being applied to this acquisition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by 6.302-1(a)(2) only one responsible source.
