CIP Engineering Services

The Government anticipates awarding a Requirements contract to Pratt & Whitney. (Cage Code 52661) on a sole source basis for engineering service for secondary power systems of the following systems: F-16, B-2, KC-135, and C-5M. Please see the Justification and Approval document attached to this notice for reason justifying the lack of completion. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The ceiling amount for this contact is $15,000,000.00. Submission Instructions: 1. 1) Complete and sign the front page of the solicitation document 2. 2) Insert applicable information in all pertinent fields of the subsequent pages of the solicitation document, including (but not limited to): Proposal Adequacy checklist (252.215-7009) starting on page 53 of the solicitation needs to be completed in its entirety. Small Business Subcontracting plan (52.219-9) must accompany the proposal. 3. 3) There will be no cost/price proposal for the basic contract. However, please propose a fixed fee for : Engineering Services Research and Development Services - These fee rates are for the life of the contract and will be established in the basic contract and will be applicable to all subsequent orders. 4. 4) Early proposal is acceptable and encouraged.
