S -- Complete Janitorial Services

This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for complete janitorial services for the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House, located at One Bowling Green, New York, NY. The contract will be for a one-year base period with four (4), one-year options to be exercised at the Government's discretion. The contract is expected to commence on August 1, 2008. The solicitation has been transmitted on the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE), which may be accessed via the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov (click on 'Solicitation 01') and will NOT be mailed in hard copy to prospective offerors. The closing date for receipt of proposals is Thursday, April 3, 2008 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
