Description
GSA intends to make a sole source award to Michael Graves & Associates, Inc / Thomas, Miller & Partner, a Joint Venture (JV) for the continuation of design services in relation to the Nashville U.S. Courthouse, TN. The new contract will update the original drawings prepared Jan. 30, 2009 in addition to other work that will result in a concept design and construction documents that will prepare the Government to procure a Design-Builder.
