Parking Management

This will be a firm fixed price contract. The purpose of this solicitation is for management and operating the parking facility currently at the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center parking garage, in Atlanta, GA. The contractor shall be responsible for managing and operating the parking facility , which includes providing all management, supervision, labor, supplies, and materials. Work to be accomplished during regular working hours of 6:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday. The contractor's employees are responsible for unlocking the garage premises at the beginning of each business day and locking the garage premises at the close of each business day. The period of performance will be for a base year from September 1, 2009 through August 31, 2010 and will include four(4) one year option periods that may extend contract performance. The NAICS code is 812930. The central contractor registration (www.ccr.gov) is a part of the business partner network, an e-gov initiative. As October 1, 2003, all government contractors were required to be registered in CCR prior to receiving an award. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 million. This project is a competitive 100% for small business. Estimated collection cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation will be issued on or about June 4, 2009.
