This is a pre-solicitation notice. The General Services Administration, Greater Southwest Region 7, Acquisition Management Division, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Full Maintenance Services at the following locations: Little Rock FOB, 700 W Capitol, Little Rock, AR (Operations & Maintenance) Little Rock Courthouse, 600 W Capitol, Little Rock, AR (Operations & Maintenance) Little Rock Annex, 500 W Capitol, Little Rock, AR (Operations & Maintenance) Little Rock Bankruptcy, 300 W 2nd St, Little Rock, AR (Full Maintenance) Batesville USPS/Courthouse, 409 E College St, Batesville, AR (Full Maintenance) The scope of work to be performed under the resultant contract includes, but is not limited to, Full Maintenance Services with a Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW). Full Maintenance Services include Operations and Maintenance services in addition to Custodial and Related Services at the locations listed. This procurement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code for this project is 561210 (Facilities Support Services) with a size standard of $38.5 Million. All responsible, qualified firms are encouraged to submit a proposal. The sources selection process and criteria will be based on the Best Value Continuum methodology. A site visit is tentatively scheduled to be held at 700 W. No telephone requests for docs will be accepted. This solicitation is not a sealed bid and there will not be a formal public bid opening.
