JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Contract GS08Q14BPD0002 Region 8 LISA

GSA Regional Local Service Agreement Extension Notice-of-Intent-not-a-solicitation (Region 8 LSA Services). This notice is to advise that the General Services Administration (GSA) intends to negotiate Integra's contract: GS08Q14BPD0002, on a sole source basis for continued performance up to May 31, 2023. This contract will expire at midnight on May 30, 2020. This existing regional LSA contract will be negotiated and awarded. The estimated dollar for this extension is $10 million shared. The contract extension is authorized under FAR 6.302-7 (Public Interest), exception to full-and-open-competition. This is not a formal solicitation. The extension is required to allow more time for agencies to incorporate IT Modernization as they plan for and execute the transition from all other telecommunication services to the follow-on Enterprise Infrastructure-Solution (EIS) contracts. GSA has determined that an extension is in the public interest because it will enhance cybersecurity, promote technical and operational efficiencies, and promote long-term cost savings. The NAICS Category is 517919-All Other Telecommunications. The work will be performed throughout the states of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota and North Dakota.
