Caprines

The Headquarters, U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a requirement for supply and transport of Caprines to Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Camp Dawson West Virginia and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be as a Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 112420, Goat Farming, size standard $1,000,000 and could result in one or more Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awards. The RFP shall be issued using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 16 Types of Contracts. The solicitation number for this requirement is H92239-20-R-0002. USASOC intends to award on a competitive basis. Interested vendors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award. Information regarding this registration can be found at http://www.sam.gov . Offerors will be required to complete the Representations and Certifications in SAM in response to this requirement. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking this website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendment will be provided. The estimated release date for the solicitation is 4 May 2020. The date for receipt of proposals has not been determined but will be provided at the time of solicitation release.
