Description
The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for refurbishment kits for 35ft Nylon Ladders. The contract action is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with four ordering periods ending 30 Sep 2026 and a NTE amount of $75,000.00. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Randon-Tech Manufacturing, Inc. is the only entity who can provide nylon ladder refurbishment kits due to specifications for NSWC. The sole source justification has been posted under this synopsis. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 336413, which has a size standard of 1,250. This synopsis shall not be construed as a request for quote or an obligation on the part of the Government.
