This solicitation is being issued as a 100% total small business set-aside for warehouse ladders, 3, 10, and 15 steps for use by Defense Commissary Agency commissaries worldwide (including Europe). However, for overseas stores, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska, the Contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment to the port. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is contemplated. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on approximately May 15, 2014 and will close on approximately June 16, 2014.
