The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Procurement Division hereby intends to issue a one year sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to Shcalo Engineering Group to provide 12 items consisting of equipment and kits used in high school level green technology engineering classes at 14 DoDEA high schools systemwide. The 12 items are listed below: Charge Controller - PS-15 Solar Ray Catcher Panel Wind Meter (Pocket Size) Renewable Energy Education Kit Fuel Cell Vehicle X7 Kit Safety Glasses Solar Modules 5W-12v H2O Turbine Solar Care and Solar Panel Pack Renewable Energy Monitor Solar H2O Water Heater Bio-Energy Kit The contract is anticipated to be awarded on or about September 12, 2019 with a period of performance of 12-months under NAICS: 334516-Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. This contract action is for items for which the Government intend to solicit and negotiate under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Interested parties who feel that they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement. The information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
