School Information Center Materials Jobber

DoDEA requires customizable information center materials selection and acquisition services (book jobber) to ensure the collection needs of each school are met. The selection and acquisition services shall include a customizable web-based selection and acquisition tool, pre-processing, Machine-Readable-Cataloguing (MARC) records, shipping, invoicing, data/ reports management, technical support, and related product training. Note: DoDEA requires digital materials such as eBooks, audiobooks and multimedia. The vender will need to provide a hosted eBook platform that can interface with Follett Destiny and can authenticate through Google login or ClassLink. Information center materials include the following: 1) Books: trade, professional, reference, paperback, library- and vendor-bound. 2) eBooks: Viewed on-screen or on portable devices. 3) Audiobooks: Heard via computer, portable devices or self-contained listening devices. 4) Multimedia: Mixed media sets. 5) Printed barcodes, labels, and label covers. IDIQ contract ordering period is August 30, 2021 to August 29, 2026, with an estimated contract value of $21,742,080.92 (NTE).
