Also, the Product Service Code was D318 but is now DA10. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires a secure contractor-hosted, scalable, cloud solution Learning Management System (LMS) that can accommodate approximately 53,050 students and 13,000 employees. DoDEA requires an LMS with (1) an intuitive interface for the creation, delivery, and tracking of web-based curricular content and instructional/ assessment activities and (2) collaboration tools to both replicate and extend modalities found in a traditional PK-12 classroom environment. This Government anticipates awarding one single award IDIQ contract. This acquisition will be solicited Full and Open using the procedures set forth in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition and FAR Part 16, Types of Contracts. All terms, conditions, evaluation procedures, and instructions to offerors will be specified in the RFP. ***Please note all dates and deadlines such as the "Questions and Answers" submission deadline and the Proposal submission deadline. ***
