ARMED GUARD SERVICES

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Armed Security Guard Services at the Federal Regional Center (FRC), located in Bothell, WA. Services are for two (2) armed guards at the FRC. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, material, transportation and equipment, except as specific as Government furnished. The resultant contract will have a Base Year period and up to four (4) one-year option periods. Services are subject to the Services Contract Act. Award of a firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561612, Security Guard and Patrol Service, with a small business size standard of $11.5M. The IFB will issue on July 27, 2010. Bid opening date will be September 9, 2010.
