Snow Rail System Installation

This amendment is to provide the final solicitation for this requirement. Quotes are due no later than Friday, September 8, 2017 at 6:00pm EST to Amanda Morgan at Amanda.Morgan.2@fema.dhs.gov and Alfredia Allen at Alfredia.Allen@fema.dhs.gov . The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking a firm to furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install a Snow Rail System on the roof of one metal building in Cumberland, Maryland. The metal warehouse is approximately 145 ft. wide x 400 ft. long. The building is approximately 36 ft. high at the eaves. This work is to be completed within a period of 60 days. The estimated price for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will utilize FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, under the NAICS Code of 238160 - Roofing Contractors with a Size Standard of $15,000,000.00. The award will be Firm Fixed Price.
